JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2018 This case has been listed today under the heading "to be mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner that in paragraph no.2 of order dated 26.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.64389 of 2018, "Sections 448, 307, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act" has wrongly been mentioned in place of "Sections 30(a) and 30(g) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016" as mentioned in the petition. In such view of the matter, at paragraph no.2 of order dated 26.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.64389 of 2018, let the words "Sections 30(a) and 30(g) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016" be read in place of "Sections 448, 307, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act" and the remaining parts of the order shall remain intact.
