2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No.227 of 2025 registered under Sections 30(a), 30(c ), 41(i) and 52 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 440 litres of country made liquor from the place situated near Sikrahna river.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery of liquor has been made from the place situated near the bank of Sikrahna river. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor or the vehicle in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56435 of 2025(2) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in jail since 31.05.2025 and he undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.01, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No.227 of 2025.
