JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for quashing the F.I.R bearing Paru P.S. Case No 183/2013 whereby prosecution has been initiated against the petitioner on the allegation of although the petitioner having been transferred from the office of the BDO Paru to the District Land Accusation Office, Muzaffarpur and had also given his joining to the new destination has not handed over the charge to his new incumbent. Thus the BDO opined that by not handing over the charge of Nazir in the office of

At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate discharge petition and/or raise all the issues raised in the present petition before the learned Trial Court at an appropriate stage. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
