The petitioner seeks bail in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 02/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 386, 387, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2018. It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner along with three other accused persons made demand of ransom from the informant and also made firing, which did not hit anybody.

Keeping in view the period of custody of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64617 of 2018 (2) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 02/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
