The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 290 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act read with Section 37(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2021 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is of recovery of one country-made pistol along with one live cartridge and mobile and the petitioner was found

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has remained in custody for more than seven months. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2021 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S.
