JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 In the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "i. For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the differential amount of Pension, gratuity and lerave encashment as well as other consequential benefits on account of Promotion granted to the petitioner in PRAVARAN VETAMAN since 1.1.2004 in the scale of 5500-175-900 (Revised Pay Band-2(930034800) grade Pay 4800) vide office order issued under Memo No. 654 dated 21.7.2017.

ii. For issuance of writ directing the respondents to pay the interest @ 18% per annum

Patna High Court CWJC No.15638 of 2019(2) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 for the period of delay in Payment of " PRAVARAN VETAMAN" for which the petitioner is entitled as well as exemplary cost for Undue harassment caused to the petitioner.

iii. For issuance of any other writ/ writs, order/orders, direction/directions which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

Having regard to the aforesaid grievances of the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and proper to direct the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4 by filing an appropriate representation, with regard to his aforesaid grievances, within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by the respondent no.4 within a period of eight weeks thereafter and the admitted outstanding amount of retiral dues, if found payment, shall be paid to the petitioner within the time frame. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
