Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under sections 420, 406, 341, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of SC /ST Act. According to the first information report the informant was employed in the shop of the petitioner on monthly salary of Rs. 10,000/- each month and he worked for two years but was paid Rs. 5000/- only per month and when he demanded his due amount from the petitioner he abused him by calling caste name and humiliated him public ally And pushed him down. On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29521 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 that as per the prosecution case it is a case for nonpayment of partial wage. It is further submitted that there is a counter case also made by the petitioner against the informant of the present case.
On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Ist Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge SC & ST Muzaffarpur in SC & ST P.S. CASe No. 15/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Sudhir Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
