2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 373 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners are indulged in buying and selling of minor for unlawful purposes.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty politics of the locality. Petitioners are in custody since 18.09.2023 and charge-sheet has already been submitted. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide orders
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59328 of 2024(2) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 11156 of 2024 and 893 of 2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, claim based on parity and period of custody, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioners is allowed.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Supaul, in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 240 of 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
