The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No.424 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the specific allegation made in the first information report that from the account of the informant Rs.40,000/- was fraudulently transferred in the account of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being
