The Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Haspura, P.S. Case No. 79 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of Indian Penal Code and 4/5 of Explosive Substances Act.
Allegation against the petitioner as per F.I.R. is that some miscreants have committed theft in the Jwellery shop of the petitioner and also exploded bomb, causing injury. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and later on, the name of the petitioner transpires on the confessional statement of co-accused, Jailal Mahto and other accused persons have been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64824 of 2018 (2) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56931 of 2018 and the petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2018.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sidharth Pandey, Pandey, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Haspura, in connection with Haspura, P.S. Case No. 79 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court. ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
