The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.379 of 2019 registered under Sections 323, 324, 307, 341 and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is of torturing and causing assault to the informant by her husband and other in-laws due to nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. When on information given by the informant to her brother, her brother and parents came to

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, due to quarrel in between the informant and her husband, the informant has lodged the present case implicating the petitioners, who are her in-laws, also. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge-X-cumAdditional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.379 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
