No. 50751 of 2016, by which petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 102 of 2016 pending in the Court of C.J.M., Aurangabad.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period due to difficulty to arrange bailor. In view of the above submission, let the time to surrender of the above petitioner pending in the Court of C.J.M., Aurangabad be further extended by four weeks from today in connection with Aurangabad Mufassil P.S. Case No. 102 of 2016. Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
