The petitioner seeks bail in Derni P. S. Case No. 118 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that one country made pistol and two live cartridge has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has criminal antecedent.
In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. He is given liberty to renew prayer for bail after six months if no substantial progress is
