2. In the instant petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ / direction directing and commanding the respondents not to relieve the petitioners from the post of the Senior Residents of Female and Gynecology Department and Surgery Department respectively of the Government Medical College, Purnea to join in the Health Department, Bihar, Patna.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ / direction directing and commanding the respondents to allow the petitioners to continue on their respective posts of Senior Residents in their concerned

Patna High Court CWJC No.18751 of 2021 dt.09-12-2021 2/2 Department of the Government Medical College, Purnea with all consequential benefits and to allow the petitioners to complete the tenure of three years on the post of Senior Resident.

(iii) for any other relief / reliefs of which the petitioners are legally entitled to."

3. Prima facie, the present petition is premature. The petitioners have presented this petition on speculation that the respondents are likely to displace them.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as premature.

5. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the authority or this Court, in the event of displacing them from the post held by them.
