The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 482, 483, 486, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 63, 65 and 68 of the Copyright Act as well as Sections 102, 103 and 104 of the Trade Marks Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that he purchased a packet of Vinay Ji Nimki from a shop in front of Murli Manohar Mill, Nokha and after checking, the same was found duplicate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR it would

No.52754 of 2022(2) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 manifest that the same does not even disclose the name of the shop from where he had purchased the alleged article which he claims to be duplicate, it is also submitted that co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 15.06.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 63783 of 2021, further the learned counsel submits that informant had not purchased the alleged article from his shop.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 40 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
