2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding, directing or ordering the respondents to get the land with following details measured by the circle Amin of Circle + District Supaul without any delay in order to prevent any

Patna High Court CWJC No.12776 of 2025(2) dt.18-08-2025 2/3 untoward events.

(ii) Any other order/orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may kindly be passed in the given facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of Justice.

3. The petitioner has moved from pillar to post to seek a simple relief, to get the vacant three feet land measured to ascertain whether it belongs to him or the respondent no. 7, Ashok Kumar Ajanabi.

4. The allegation as recorded/submitted before the SHO, Supaul Model Police Station is that not only respondent no. 7 is creating problem, he has fixed a CCTV in such a way that it is infringing his family's privacy.

5. Learned State Counsel has taken this Court to Annexure-P/5 series to show that the SHO, Supaul Police Station has taken some action.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of with following remarks:

(i) the petitioner shall be filing a proper application before the respondent no.

5, the Circle Officer, Supaul by 22.08.2025 along with requisite fee for measurement of his land (Ward No. 1, Post Pipra Khurd, Block and District- Supaul);

Patna High Court CWJC No.12776 of 2025(2) dt.18-08-2025 3/3 (ii) the concerned respondent shall issue notice to the other side, namely, Ashok Kumar Ajanabi and Jay Narayan Pandit/ the necessary parties and;

(iii) in the presence of both the parties, the measurement to take place on 07/09.2025 (Sunday);

(iv) the result shall be incorporated in the order to be handed over to both the parties on payment of requisite fee, if any.

Having recorded the aforesaid facts, the respondents including the Circle Officer, Supaul as also the SHO, Supaul Model Police Station shall look into the other grievance about the affixing of the CCTV by the respondent no. 7 to see whether it infringes the privacy of the family of the petitioner or not and accordingly, to issue necessary instructions.

8. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
