JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Belsand P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol and two missed fire cartridges have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 5.5.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
