2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the BNS and 120(B) and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant runs a jewelry shop. Some unknown miscreants entered into his house, captivated his family members and assaulted and looted the jewelry from the house and shop. All the accused persons had masked their faces. It is further alleged that the petitioner is also involved in the conspiracy.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It has further been submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. A

It has further been submitted that the petitioner also runs a jewelry shop in vicinity to the shop of the informant. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent of similar nature and is in custody since 02.05.2025.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
