The petitioner seeks bail in Trial No. 1853/2018, arising out of Sugauli P.S. Case No. 147/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-a)b, 26 and 35 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one live cartridge and two keys have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 04.05.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss. Preeti, Judicial Magistrate
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64119 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 1st Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Trial No. 1853/2018, arising out of Sugauli P.S. Case No. 147/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
