First Information Report has been lodged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner and others.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation has been leveled against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 31.8.2016.

In view of the fact that no specific allegation has been leveled against the petitioner and she is mother-in-law of the deceased, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with
