The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kaluwahi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 271, 273, 413 and 414/14 of the Indian Penal Code. From the possession of the petitioner, 150 literes of Nepali country made liquor has been recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been arrested on mistaken identity. In fact, four persons who were chased by the police and out of the confusion, the petitioner was arrested. The document suggesting recovery of liquor from the possession of the petitioner has been prepared

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50710 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 for the purposes of prosecuting the petitioner. In the cases which have been lodged against the petitioner, he is on bail.
