2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 242 of 2023 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34, 302/34, 498(A) of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of the deceased Puja Kumari was solemnized with son of the petitioner. The customary presents were given at the time of marriage but the matrimonial inmates were not satisfied. They subjected the deceased to cruelty. A panchayat was convened to pacify the dispute but it was nothing but a futile effort.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased, having no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. He is under custody for nearabout one year. It has also been submitted that the husband of the deceased is already under custody.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-2nd Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with S. Tr. No. 242 of 2023 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
