The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 38 (i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018. Allegation against petitioner and another accused are of recovery of 80 litres country made liquor from the bag. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she was going to meet with her relative and for that, she was waiting for bus to go to Aurangabad, but in the meantime, police came and arrested the petitioner and the bag was recovered from public place which was lying at bus stand and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60898 of 2018(2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 petitioner has no knowledge about the bag. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 02.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad, in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018.
