After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a representation before the Director, Industries, Department of Industry, Government of Bihar, Patna.

The learned counsel for the State assures the Court that in case, such a representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, it shall be duly considered by the concerned authority and a speaking order shall be passed within a period of four weeks thereof.

The petitioner is satisfied with this, hence no further adjudication of the matter is necessary.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
