JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mrs. Madhuri Lata, learned APP for the State. The petitioner, who is the mother-in-law of the deceased, seeks bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 74 of 2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 05.03.2019. It has been submitted that her husband Rajendra Thakur has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38698 of 2015. Though the petitioner has been named in the FIR but it appears that considering the fact that husband

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50717 of 2019(4) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 of the deceased was separate in mess and business from the petitioner and her husband, her husband had been granted bail way back in the year 2016.

Regard being had to the gender of the petitioner; general and omnibus allegation against her and the period during which she is in custody, she is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 74 of 2013.
