Petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.06.2016 in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made pistol along with one live cartridge was, allegedly, recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.06.2016. The charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail, after
