Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. Case No. 399 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465 of the Indian Penal code and Section 103 and 104 of the Indian Trade Mark Act and under Section 63 and 65 of the Copy Right Act.
Allegation against petitioner is of manufacturing of counterfeit wires in the name of Wire Cope Science Ltd. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner is running a cycle
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66501 of 2018(2) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 repairing shop. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.07.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. Case No. 399 of 2018.
