Mother of the petitioner died in harness on 31.10.2018. The petitioner, thereafter, applied for consideration of his case for compassionate appointment on 20.1.2019. The application of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment is pending at the level of respondents. The object behind the compassionate appointment is to tide over financial crises occasioned on account of death of bread earner, the Court instead of keeping the writ petition pending, disposed of with direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision on the application of the petitioner for
