The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that his sister was killed by her husband Suresh Pandit and other family members. It is submitted that the petitioner is not the family member of the husband of the deceased. The informant alleged that the petitioner developed illicit relation with the mother-in-law of the deceased after the death of her father-in-law.
