The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the F.I.R., the sister of the informant used to be beaten up as her husband and others wanted her to transfer the land which she held in her name. It is stated that he received information on telephone about her being burnt and killed by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations as levelled in the F.I.R. are false and concocted. The petitioner is the newly married step daughter-in-

No.10095 of 2021(3) dt.30-07-2021 2/2 law of the deceased who has no concern with the property etc. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence and chargesheet has been submitted in the case under sections 306, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner in custody since 25.10.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the petitioner being in custody for more than 8 months and investigation in the case having concluded, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 218 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Naugachhia, Bhagalpur.
