11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case no. 48/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are elder brother-in-law and two sisterin-laws of the deceased lady who has been killed for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the deceased is in custody since 27.05.2015. Moreover, so far as these petitioners are concerned they have no concern with

Considering aforementioned facts and circumstances, there being no specific allegation against three petitioners, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thsouand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case no. 48/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
