The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1029 (C) of 2018, Trial No.2892 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 13.03.2018, the petitioner had filed divorce case in the Family Court, Muzaffarpur, thereafter, the opposite party no.2 had filed complaint case on 04.05.2018. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that she is ready to live with the petitioner. In

No.51155 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 the facts and circumstances, let opposite party no.2 appears before the court below in Divorce Case No.80 of 2018 and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Juduicial Magistrate, East, Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1029 (C) of 2018, Trial No.2892 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
