That the present application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs for setting aside the letter bearing Memo No.-320 dated 6.02.2019 which has been issued by Respondent no.-4 by which services of petitioner has been terminated from his date of appointment wrongly and illegally further direction may be given to Respondents to consider and

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 06.02.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Vaishali, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner files appropriate Appeal within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
