The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Section 406, 420, 120B, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Kumar Gaurav in presence of his wife, the petitioner, his mother Sharda Devi and father, Sushil Ram, took Rs. 4 lacs from him for providing job in the Collectorate. From perusal of the FIR itself it appears that the informant did not make any sorts of allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be wife of Kumar Gaurav. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned
