====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2023 Heard Mr. Vijay Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Abhay Kumar Roy, learned A.P.P. for the State.

A report was called for from the court below with respect to the stage of trial. In compliance of same the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Saran at Chapra has informed this Court vide letter dated 01.12.2022 that out of four witnesses two witnesses have already been examined.

It is informed by the petitioner that the victim is deliberately not appearing before the Court on the date fixed. That being the case the Superintendent of Police, Chapra is directed to produce all prosecution witnesses on the next date fixed by the trial court.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial
