JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-06-2020 Heard Mr. Kamal Kishore Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ravish Mishra, learned counsel for the complainant/opposite party No. 2 and Mr. Ashraf Ansari, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C543 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the parties have informed this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48581 of 2019(6) dt.12-06-2020 2/2 Court that the dispute between the spouses have already been settled.

In that view of the matter, this Court directs that the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. C543 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
