The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner along with one unknown person was apprehended by the police with motorcycle, which is alleged to be stolen one. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the aforesaid motorcycle belongs to one Naresh Sahani, who is covillager of the petitioner. The same is not stolen property. The petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64189 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 303 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.5061 of 2018. Both the bailers will be close relative of the petitioner.
