Petitioner seeks bail in Baisi P.S. Case No.184 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 384, & 385 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no parentage of the petitioner in the written report. Police has arrested the petitioner merely on suspicion.

It is alleged that one Mainul used to make demand of Rangdari from the informant.

Petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66129 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purena, in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No.184 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
