The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kishanganj P.S. Case no. 167/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25-1(a)(b)/29 Arms Act.
The police apprehended one Md. Ashiq and from his possession a country made pistol was recovered. Md. Ashiq disclosed the name of the petitioner and stated that the petitioner had given him the arms. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5892 of 2015 (4) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned chief Judicial Magistrate in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 167/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
