Petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.10.2015 in connection with Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the I.T. Act. It appears that similarly situated some other coaccused have already allowed bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 20427 of 2016 and other connected criminal miscellaneous petitions on 27.07.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51750 of 2016 (2) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Ritu Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Buddha Colony P.S. Case No.118 of 2015.
