The petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was arrested along with one co-accused namely, Binay Kumar, and the mobile, which has been used in the present crime, was recovered from possession of co-accused Binay Kumar. So far as petitioner is concerned, one country made loaded Katta as well as two different mobile sets were recovered from his conscious possession. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
