No. 5486 of 2019 in so far as the description of the police case is concerned as occurring at paragraph 2 page 1 of the order allowing the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner while admitting to the typographical error occurring in the pleadings of the writ petition, prays for appropriate correction in so far as the police case is concerned to read as 'Abadpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019' in place of 'Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019'.

Patna High Court MJC No.2899 of 2019(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 Having heard learned counsel or the parties and while allowing learned counsel for the petitioner to make appropriate correction in so far as the description of police case is concerned as occurring in paragraph 1 and other paragraphs of the writ petition, we modify the order dated 12.04.2019 passed in the writ petition in so far as the description of the police case is concerned as occurring at paragraph 2 page 1 to read as 'Abadpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019' in pace of 'Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019'.

The modification application is allowed.
