JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 The present application has been for modification of the order dated 08.05.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.20778/15 to the extent that in the cause title, of the order inadvertently, "Arising out of PS Case No.506" has been recorded in stead of "Arising out of Bhore P.S. Case No.120/07".

In view of the aforesaid, let in the cause title of the order dated 08.05.2015 "Arising out of Bhore P.S. Case No.120/07" be read in stead of " Arising out of PS Case No.506".

Let the date of surrender be extended by two weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of the order in connection with Complaint Case No.506 of 2008, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj.

The order dated 08.05.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.20778 of 2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
