2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R. itself, petitioner took out pistol from his waist and fired as a result of which the bullet hit the foot of Manjay Kumar Ram.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the doctor has found the injury simple in nature caused by firearm. Petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2025. Charge-sheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52441 of 2025(3) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIII-cum-Sub-Judge XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023.
