JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence, in the prayer portion of the bail petition, "to the satisfaction of Learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur" has been mentioned in place of "to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. 12, East Champaran, Motihari" and the same has been incorporated in the order dated 29.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 64699 of 2018. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct the same in course of the day.

Permission is granted.

In view of such, the order dated 29.10.2018 is modified to the extent that in place of " to the satisfaction of the "CJM, Muzaffarpur", it shall be read as "A.C.J.M. 12, East
