The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 29 of 2010 for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and has falsely been implicated in the present case. She is not named in the F.I.R. and she has been made accused only on the basis suspicion and the F.I.R. itself shows that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named, petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48659 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 29 of 2010 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
