Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of dowry death.
Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is brother-in-law and petitioner No. 3 is sister-in-law of the informant.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

It is next submitted that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and are not concerned with the family affairs of the informant and her husband. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Siwan in Raghunathpur P. S. Case No. 27 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
