2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii) (c), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, informant along with members of the patrolling party intercepted one vehicle and on search, 18 packets containing 270 Kgs. contraband Ganja was recovered. Petitioner happens to be registered owner of the vehicle in question.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that huge quantity of contraband has been recovered from the vehicle of which this petitioner is registered owner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and fact that huge quantity of contraband has been recovered from the vehicle of which this petitioner happens to be registered owner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
