Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 183 of 2018 arising out of Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 733 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(B), 354(D), 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation against petitioner is snatching a gold chain from the neck of the daughter of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. He is a student and preparing for competitive examination. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63275 of 2018(2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 since 17.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. 1st-cum-spl-Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 183 of 2018 arising out of Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 733 of 2018.
