2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that all the retiral benefit has been paid to the petitioner, however, 19 month's arrear of pension has not been paid to him.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Nagar Panchayat submits that arrear of pension for 19 month's has already been paid by adjusting EPE amount in pension, therefore, there is no question of 19 month's delay in allowing pension and the petitioner is being paid every month pension at the applicable rate i.e. Rs.14,000/-.

4. The petitioner has already received amount of gratuity of Rs.1,47,207/- and EPE amounting to Rs.1,76,666/- .

5. Considering the rival submissions of the parties, if the petitioner is still aggrieved on account of delay in releasing pension/arrear of pension or on any account, he may file a detailed representation before the concerned authority and if the concerned authority finds that some admitted outstanding dues on account of retiral benefits is required to be paid to the petitioner, the same should be paid to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

6. With the above observation/direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
